1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the udin55 online gaming platform (the "Platform", "Service", "Website") operated by udin55 ("we", "us", "our", "Company"). By registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the Website. 2. Definitions

• "Bet", "Wager", "Stake" means any amount of money risked by a Player on a gaming outcome.
• "Balance" means the total funds available in your Account, including deposits, winnings, and bonuses.

• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures required by law to confirm your identity.
• "RTP" means Return to Player, the theoretical percentage payout of a game over time.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To use the udin55 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and regulated.

We reserve the right to request proof of age, identity, and residency at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of funds.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Creating an Account

To access the full range of services on udin55, you must register a personal Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, residential address, and preferred username and password.

You are permitted to hold only one Account on the udin55 Platform. Multiple, duplicate, or shared accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Account, whether authorized by you or not.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify udin55 immediately via email or live chat. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.

4.3 KYC Verification

udin55 is required by law to verify the identity of all players. You must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification by submitting valid identity documents, which may include:

• Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP)
• Passport or government-issued photo ID
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence issued within the last 3 months)
• Selfie photo holding your ID document

Verification typically takes 1-24 hours. Until verification is complete, withdrawal privileges may be restricted. Submitting false, forged, or fraudulent documents will result in immediate account termination and legal action.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

udin55 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

All deposits must originate from a bank account or payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will be reversed. Deposits are processed instantly during banking hours; off-hours deposits may take up to 24 hours.

You acknowledge that all deposits are made voluntarily for entertainment purposes. Deposited funds are non-refundable unless required by law or at our sole discretion in cases of technical error.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be made at any time via your Account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and account name used for deposits. Processing times vary:

• Standard members: up to 24 hours
• Silver tier members: up to 12 hours
• Gold tier VIP members: up to 6 hours

All withdrawal requests are subject to verification and anti-fraud checks. We reserve the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals. You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

udin55 operates in full compliance with international anti-money laundering regulations. We monitor all transactions for suspicious activity. Deposits must be wagered at least one time (1x turnover) before withdrawal is permitted. Accounts found to be used for money laundering, transaction laundering, or other illegal purposes will be immediately frozen, reported to authorities, and all funds confiscated.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

udin55 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are clearly stated in the promotion details. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the associated terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x). For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with 30x wagering requires Rp 3,000,000 in total bets before bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.

Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute less (e.g., 10-20%). Only real-money bets count toward wagering requirements; void bets, cashed-out bets, and risk-free bets do not contribute.

6.3 Bonus Restrictions

• Maximum bet while an active bonus is in play: Rp 50,000 per round/spin/hand.
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn; only winnings derived from bonus funds (after wagering requirements are met) can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses expire after a set validity period (typically 7-30 days). Unused bonuses and unmet wagering requirements are forfeited after expiry.
• We reserve the right to void bonuses and related winnings if terms are violated or bonus abuse is detected.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly, colluding with other players, exploiting system errors, employing betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other behavior deemed unfair or fraudulent by udin55. Players found guilty of bonus abuse will have all bonuses and winnings voided, accounts closed, and may be banned from future use.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the udin55 Platform:

• Underage gambling: Accessing the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Multiple accounts: Creating or operating more than one Account per person.
• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen credit cards, falsified documents, or engaging in identity theft.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain unfair advantage.
• Bot usage: Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or manipulate games.
• Exploitation: Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to launder illegally obtained funds.
• Abusive behavior: Harassing other players, staff, or engaging in offensive conduct via chat or communication channels.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals without valid reason.

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable.

8. Limitations of Liability

udin55 provides the Platform and all services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, udin55 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

udin55 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. This includes damages caused by technical failures, server downtime, network interruptions, payment processing errors, or third-party actions.

In the event that udin55 is found liable for any damages, our total liability shall not exceed the amount of funds in your Account balance at the time the claim arose, or Rp 1,000,000 (one million Rupiah), whichever is lower.

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. udin55 is not responsible for gambling losses or any negative consequences arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Termination by Player

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds in your Account. If you fail to withdraw funds within 30 days of closure request, udin55 reserves the right to charge an administrative fee for maintaining a closed account.

9.2 Termination by udin55

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at our sole discretion, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Reasons for termination may include but are not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification
• Bonus abuse or collusion
• Creating multiple accounts
• Breach of responsible gaming policies
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward staff or other players
• Use of the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction

Upon termination, any remaining balance may be forfeited if the account was closed due to violation of these Terms. If the account is closed without cause, remaining funds will be returned to you after deducting any applicable fees.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

If you feel gambling is becoming a problem, you may request self-exclusion for a period of 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During the self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your Account, deposit funds, or place bets. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the chosen period. 10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which udin55 is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules.

By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration. All disputes must be resolved on an individual basis.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
